Why we built Globull
Most cross-border property deals stall at the bank. Foreign buyers can rarely get a Colombian mortgage, and Colombian sellers wait months for cash buyers who never close. Globull lets owners list with their own financing terms, lets buyers qualify on their own income, and routes the closing through a vetted attorney — so deals actually finish.
What we do
We connect verified buyers and sellers, structure the offer (down payment + monthly), run identity and finance checks, and coordinate the notary and funds transfer with a partner attorney. Listings, offers, payments, and signatures all live in one place.
